Rob Mazurek’s Exploding Star Orchestra made a return to Chicago after a five-year absence to perform at the Adler-Planetarium, which is home to a four-billion-year-old moon rock.

Cape Town, South Africa-based drummer Asher Gamedze explores relationships of time between music and history on his new album Turbulence and Pulse, out May 5th, 2023 and released in collaboration with Johannesburg-based label Mushroom Hour Half Hour.

Ben embarks on a tour of the European continent very soon, along with his classic quartet featuring Tommaso Moretti (drums), Matthew Davis (tuba), Will Faber (guitar), and himself on cornet, synth, and vocals.
