Saturday, June 13, 6 PM - 9 PM | We invite you to join us for a very special edition of ‘Music and Conversation’ hosted by International Anthem in A Listening Space at The Land School.
The evening will begin with a deep listening of Tomin’s 2024 album, ‘A Willed and Conscious Balance’. The ~40-minute album will be followed by a conversation between Tomin and childhood friend and former Lincoln Center big band mate, Emma Blau (aka Tromblau). After their conversation, Tromblau will lead a quartet of musicians performing in response to ‘A Willed and Conscious Balance.’ The group features Tromblau (trombone), Teiana Davis aka Anaiet Soul (keys), Carmani Edwards (bass), and Lily Finnegan (drums).
